About Me:
I am a passionate, innovative educational leader with over 25 years of international educational experience.

As a teacher, I believe in supporting students' learning autonomy in a learner-centered environment where students actively participate to construct their own knowledge and reflect on their learning process.

As an imaginative leader I have lead our school in developing strategic initiatives that demonstrate my understanding of 21st century teaching and learning environments. My work as an administrator, as a teacher and as an educational consultant has made me extremely keen to coach, mentor, and promote professional growth in members of faculty. At the same time, my experience has prepared me to evaluate and recommend action plans for faculty who wish to further develop their teaching skills. I have working knowledge of curriculum design (UBD), inquiry-based instruction and creative assessment practices across divisions (Lower, Middle and Upper School).
