My concern is about the growing level of technophobia and ICT ignorance among school administrators not only in Uganda but many other African countries. We all agree that technology has a great advantage of cutting cost of production including delivery of education services. However, the bosses have a high affinity of acquiring more resources without bothering to equip themselves with new skills in science and technology. Who will learn for them? I believe that they should while others follow not the other way round.

LA verdad es que deberían enseñarse primero ellos y no querer adquirir recursos sin tener ni idea para que utilizarlos.
