What a thought-provoking interview! This just shows the increase of experts out there who believe education is not just about the 3 R's anymore. I think there will now be more invested in what a 21st century education really looks like and what we need to do to prepare our students for the global/flat workforce. Democrats are already investing in this! Senator Clinton and Senator Murrary introduced legislation to Prepare America's Students for the Challenges of the Global Workforce. This called The Promoting Innovations to 21st Century Careers Act. Hopefully the feds can help make this a reality in all state's educational systems. Read about Hillary Clinton co-sponsoring this bill here. Read all the support for this act here.
