I'm partial, of course, but I must put in a plug for TBLOGICAL I also follow EdLab, a research, design, and development unit at Teachers College, Columbia University. EdLab envisions and pilots knowledge projects for a fundamentally different education sector that is attuned to the emerging post-industrial world.
I don't know if you're still compiling resources for the Top 10 Education Blogs since you posted this back in 2010, but a blog I would highly recommend is by Scott McLeod. He is the Founding Director of the UCEA Center for the Advanced Study of Technology Leadership in Education (CASTLE), the nation’s only academic center dedicated to the technology needs of school administrators, and was a co-creator of the wildly popular video series, Did You Know? (Shift Happens). His blog is called Dangerously Irrelevent and focuses on leadership issues: http://www.dangerouslyirrelevant.org/ He is going to be doing an interview with Steve Hargdon tonight (Jan. 5, 2012) with a conversation about school leadership in the 21st century. http://www.stevehargadon.com/2012/01/live-interview-thursday-januar...
