qrcode                                                              QR code to Admin 2.0!

Quick Response (QR) Codes are being used in magazines, on billboards, and in bathrooms to provide quick access to information by companies.  How about education?  I've seen QR Codes being used on business cards, in library books that provide more information related to the authors/literature, and on memos that go out.

How  are using QR Codes at your school or district or what are some innovative ideas you have?

I have seen them used at conferences outside of individual sessions to get additional information about a session, the presenter or to access the schedule online.

When I visited Chadwick International School in Songdo, South Korea I observed teachers using QR Codes on posters on display in the hallways to give parents information about various special projects students were engaged in. I also saw several bulletin board displays where teachers had created QR Codes that led to more information about the student work actually on display.
