To transform how the work is done, organizations need to help reshape and retool employee’s skills to meet the growing expectations and demands. With limited professional development, organizations need to focus on building the human capacity within the workforce.

Yet in the ever changing world, learning how to think differently about how employees interact with the work and the new technologies is critical for survival.

The skills and abilities needed today are beyond the typical job description. Therefore, to promote a culture of innovation requires an evaluation of ones personal habits in relation to one's habitat.
